The Training Unit in the Department of Academic Affairs at Dr. Erfan and Bagedo Hospital General receives the trainees in all their groups and different types of training, and the training unit coordinates and communicates with all departments to facilitate the training process.
During the academic study period, students require practical visits or clinical practice as part of academic programs. The department provides these opportunities under the supervision of medical specialization and academic supervision by universities and colleges, and this stage provides a better transition to the trainee to concession training.
Internship training is an integral part of the medical specialty of the academic program and a basic requirement for graduation and practicing the profession. As part of community service and professional commitment, the Training Department supports students of health specialties who are looking for training and works collaboratively with departments to expand in all specialties.
The Training Department works under academic supervision and also as a link between academic institutions and departments within the hospital, ensuring that all training requests are reviewed thoroughly with departments to obtain official training approval. The department works as a support for the trainee and ensures that the training level is raised to the highest level.
It is a training program available for university and college students to increase their knowledge of the profession during the summer vacation. The trainee also benefits to explore the status of the Health Care Corporation as a future opportunity to train in the franchise. Several healthcare practitioners also provide trainees with a specialization in the field of specialization.

This program provides an opportunity for the aforementioned candidates to train and enter or return to the medical field.
